RAIA: Curtorim Gymkhana defeated Verna SC 9-8 via the tie-breaker to enter the semi-finals of 50th Custodio memorial inter-village football tournament at Raia Panchayat ground, Sunday.
Nickson Castanha gave an early lead to Curtorim Gymkhana in the 5th minute. The lead was shortlived as Desmond Pereira equalized for Verna two minutes later.
