PANJIM: Floyd Araujo is in line for a triple crown while Navneet Nasnodkar and Darwin Barreto are vying for double crowns, in the All-Goa Major Ranking Badminton Tournament, organised by Ponda Badminton Club in collaboration with Goa Badminton Association and DSYA. at indoor stadium, Ponda, on Sunday.
The Women singles final will be contested between Emilia Silveira and Anjana Kumari.

In the Men’s singles semi-finals, Floyd Araujo (1) bt Sanath Kamat 21-19, 21-6 while Pankaj Naik bt Aashrun Gautam (2) 10-21, 22-20, 21-11.
Men’s doubles semi-finals saw Floyd Araujo and Darwin Barreto(1) bt Pankaj Naik and Sanath Kamat(4) 21-15, 21-23, 21-18 while Navneet Nasnodkar and Dhruv Angle(2) bt Sandip Kanji and Kapil Kanji 21-18, 21-17, to advance.
In the Mixed doubles semi-finals Floyd Araujo and Pranjal Chimulkar (1) bt Sanath Kamat and Emilia Silveira (3) 15-21, 21-14, 21-1 while Navneet Nasnodkar and Anushka Kuvelkar (2) bt Pankaj Naik and Yasmin Sayed 21-15, 21-10.
Veterans 40+ doubles semi-finals saw Sandeep Kanji and Kapil Kanji(1) bt Peter Tellis and Tanaji Sawant 21-14, 21-9 while Darwin Barreto and Sanjay Pai(3) bt Nishad Bakhale and Gaurish Borkar 21-23, 21-11, 21-14.
In Veterans 50+ doubles semi-finals V.G. Prabhu and Sudin Kamat bt Pradeep Dhond and Mahesh Rangnekar (1) 21-17, 20-22, 21-19 while Dr R Borkar and Surendra Kamat bt Peter Tellis/ Tanaji Sawant 21-18, 21-15.
