Four Goan boys get FIDE rating

Four more Goans have been accorded FIDE rating according to Goa State Chess Association. That takes the Goans tally to 68.
Those awarded the new rating are: Rajas Chari: 1527. The 11-yearld-old is a Std VII student of Bhatikar Model English High School, Margao.
Vagesh Tendulkar: 1493. A student of I.B.D’s S.S.Smruti High School, Ponda, who is being coached by Amogh Namshikar, Prasanna Swamy and Raghunandan Gokhale.
Tejas Chari: 1452. A student of Std XI at Bhatikar Model English High School, Margao.
Shane Braganza: 1344. A student of Don Bosco High School, Panjim who is being coached by Sivaswamy, Prasanna Swamy.
