PANJIM: The Goa Football Association celebrated International Women’s Day as part of AFC International women’s day at Our Lady of the Rosary High School, Dona Paula on Monday with a talk on prevention on corona virus and ways to raise the power of immunity.
Altogether 800 students and teacher’s participated in one hour programme which included the seven steps to wash the hands.
Emphasis were laid on how to develop resistance and power of immunity. The programme was organised by Carol Gomes Chairperson of GFA women’s committee along with Geneivie Colaco AIFF Development officer with GFA and Jovito Lopes, GFA General Secretary. Merlyn welcomed the gathering and proposed the vote of thanks.
