NAVELIM: Immaculate Conception Sports Club Paroda blanked Wilred Leisure SC, Curtorim 4-0 to move into the quarter-final of the Late Jose Bento Furtado Memorial trophy football tournament, at Rosary ground, Navelim, on Monday.
Maizon D’Costa netted the first goal for Paroda in the 20th minute and within five minutes, Sezwin D’Costa doubled the lead for his side.
Fwaton Fernandes further inflated the lead in the 28th minute to make it 3-0 for Paroda. With just four minutes remaining for the final whistle, Sezwin D’Costa scored his brace to make it 4-0 for Paroda.
