PANJIM: Football Club Neura outplayed Football Club Goa 4-0 in the GFA Third Division League play-off Tiswadi Zone, at Santa Cruz ground.
FC Neura led 2-0 at half time. They started the match on a bright note by tormenting the rivals time and gain. Clive Coelho had a first look at the FC Goa goal. Soon Saddik found the net off a brilliant cross header taken by Fredson.
Crossing over, down by two goals, FC Goa regrouped quickly and started attacking the rival citadel but to their dismay could not penetrate the FC Neura defence.
Later, FC Neura upped their tempo and Dezlon made it 3-0 through a header. Fredson was again seen in form as he completed his brace after taking a 35-yard shot giving no chance for the rival goalkeeper, which dropped in the net easily.
