Post resumption, Augustias Sporting Club pulled a goal back in the 35th minute through Akshay Shirodkar’s gem of a free-kick beating experienced Saligao Sporting Club keeper Jason D’Mello hands down.
However, in the closing stages, Saligao went 3-1 up through a strike by Andrew D’Mello’s curling drive.
They scored three more goals in the 68th, 69th and 70th minutes, 6-1.
