Siolim who were down by three goal at the breather made a remarkable comeback in the second session to wrap up the match in their favour.
Parra shot into the lead in the 20th minute when Rawell Pinto beautifully controlled Joaquim Pacheco’s cross and fired the ball into the Siolim goals past the outstretched hands of the keeper.
Despite several failed attempts, Atish Mirajkar netted in a brilliant hat-trick, scoring at regular intervals in the first session to give Parra a 4-0 advantage.
Minutes before going into the breather Siolim managed to reduce the margin through a fine effort by Loyed Mascarenhas.
Crossing over Siolim took on the field with renewed vigour and went all out for a win and were rightly rewarded.
Within a span of few minutes on crossing over Saleen Shirodkar made it 2-4 for Siolim when on collecting the ball from Loyed Mascarenhas he darted into the rival citadel and fired in a low grounder which landed into the far end of the rival goal.
Saket Jotkar proved to be a constant threat to the Parra defense who after missing some open sitters fired in two goals in quick succession to level terms for Siolim.
The all-important goal for Siolim happened just a minute before the final hooter when Jolief Simoes sent a long ball to Loyed Mascarenhas right inside the danger zone, who on beat the keeper before tapping the ball into the open goal to make it 5-4.
