After winning the toss, Caulo Goans elected to bat scoring 204 runs losing eight wickets in 41 overs. Prathmesh Gawas 41, Swapnil Asnodkar 22, Rajat Shet 65, Samar Dubhashi 34 were too good in their batting performance. Sourabh Bandekar 40-3, Vijesh Prabhudessai 20-1, Rohan Dessai 28-1, Dinesh Naik 35-1, Ganesh Raj Narvekar 26-2 restricted the rival batting line up to an extent.
In reply, Sarvodaya Royals reached the target in 39.2 overs scoring 210 runs losing three wickets.

Dempo Cricket Club in their innings failed to get the winning score settling at 131 runs losing all wickets in 34 overs. Rohan Belekar 54, Sumiran Amonkar 12, Vaishivav Pednekar 15, Prathamesh Salunke 12, Ajay Kewat 12. Amog Desai 20-4, Kevin D’Costa 30-2, Shadab Jakati 35-2 bowled to perfection taking wickets at ease.
