It took St Anthony SC only three minutes to take the lead as Ryan Fernandes’ powerful grounder sailed into the nets of Parish Youth Nuvem off a cross from Jovisco Fernandes.
Thereafter, Parish Youth Nuvem tried hard to equalize through Agnelo Colaco in the 24th minute but the latter’s effort hit the upright and went out of play.
Nuvem tried to score but their efforts were thwarted by the defence of St Anthony SC.
Post Resumption, St Anthony SC extended their lead through Jovisco’s rasping drive off an assist by Maxon Fernandes in the 40th minute.
Soon, St Anthony SC made it 3-0 through Maxon Fernandes’ deft placement.
However, Parish Youth Nuvem reduced the margin in the dying minutes through Shubert Pinto.
