FATORDA: St Joseph High School, Aquem outplayed Our Lady of Carmel High School, Curtorim 6-5 via the tie-breaker to move into the next round of the U-17 Subroto Mukherjee football tournament organised by DSYA, at Artificial turf, Fatorda, on Monday.
St Joseph HS opened the score-line through Wedly Barretto in the 38th minute. Seven minutes later, Cyann Gonsalves equalised for Our Lady of Carmel HS.
In the tie-breaker St Joseph HS, Aquem proved to be better shooters.
In the other match, St Alex HSS, Curtorim blanked AIM HS, Davorlim 4-0.
Kevin Kalsolkar netted a hat-trick while Joswel Cajie Cardozo netted a goal for the winners.
