St Rock’s Majorda edged past Youth of Manora, Raia 6-5 via the tie-breaker to enter the finals of Atlanta Georgia Trophy All-Goa inter-village football tournament organised by Enfermos Sports Club at Rosary ground, Navelim on Thursday.
Raia opened the scoring in the 10th minute through Don Fernandes. Changing over, Majorda equalised in the dying minutes through Agnelo Fernandes.
In the ensuing tie-breaker, Lenson D’Costa, Sadik Ahmed, Preston Rodrigues, Remedious Barretto and Agnelo Fernandes were on target for Majorda while Gloria Cardozo, Don Fernandes, Valito Cruz, Oilex Oliveira and Andrew Vaz scored for Raia.
