PANJIM: The Futsal Association of Goa will hold a Futsal exhibition tournament to kick-start various Futsal programmes in Goa.
Futsal, the fast paced sport aims to educate the youth and produce great players not only in Futsal but also in football.
Futsal Association of Goa is formed with an utmost believe, that futsal will benefit the future of Goan Football. Futsal Association of Goa is registered under Futsal Association of India and AMF (Association Mundial De Futsal, the governing body of Futsal).
President of Futsal Association Goa Benjamin Silva said, “Let us together try to inculcate the interest of Futsal in our kids, so we continue to produce more and more players for Indian football team.”
Team registrations are open for the launch event of the Futsal Association of Goa. Participating teams should send in their registrations to Joao Rebello on email id [email protected] for official procedures.
Futsal Association of Goa is backed by Sports Authority of Goa and Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs.
