PANJIM: United Club of Utorda in association with Utorda GFDC centre commemorated the International Women’s Day at Utorda.
Various competitions for all girl trainees were organized which was followed by small sided football games.
Mothers of the trainees also participated in the programs and gave away the prizes. Earlier, President of United Club of Utorda, Trindade Fernandes welcomed the gathering and highlighted the role played by women of Utorda.
IPP Agnelo Pereira lauded the mother’s for encouraging their children who enrolled in the football training, Utorda Club’s School of Music and other events.
Albino D’Costa compered while Joaquim Fernandes and Linette Vaz conducted the games.
