MARGAO: Yogiraj Digamber Kamat was elected as the president of the Goa Swimming Association, at Nanutel, Margao, at the elections held recently. Sudesh Nagvenkar was elected as secretary, Francis Clark as treasurer, Sayed Abdul Majid as vice-president, and three executive members elected are Manguesh Prabhugaonkar, Sushma Gobre and Venkatesh Shenoi.
Nisha Madgaonkar attended as SFI observer, Dr Nitish Kerkar as GOA observer and. Vivek Pawar attended as SAG observer. Adv Avduth Arsekar was returning officer for the elections. Anil Madgaonkar felicitated Digambar Kamat on his appointment as member of World Aquatic Bureau.
