The Anti-Narcotic Cell (ANC) of the Goa Police has made a landmark drug seizure, arresting a Russian DJ found in possession of the potent and illicit drug GHB (Gamma Hydroxy Butyrate), valued at Rs. 16.88 lakhs.
Known as a “date rape drug” within party circles, GHB is being seized in Goa for the first time. The arrest followed an intensive investigation that began with a multi-crore LSD network bust last month, leading ANC officers to target this new synthetic drug infiltrating party scenes.
