PANJIM: Dempo SC thrashed DBO 10-0 in a one sided contest in the U-14 league organised by Goa Football Association, at Don Bosco Panjim ground, on Saturday.
Rohit Shirodkar scored a hat trick, Dwayne Neto and Aman Kumar scored a brace while Caimin Coutinho, Sairon Albuquere and Raja Kumar scored one each to help the Dempo boys register an easy win over the Don Bosco side.
In another game, Salgaocar F.C had an easy 4-0 win over C.A.C Cansaulim, at Curtorim ground. Salgaocar opened the scoring through two quick goals from Sidney Gaocar and Gangaram Kharat in the 5th minute and 6th minute of the game respectively. Jordan Borges added another in the 8th minute before Gangaram netted another in the 49th minute to help the Salgaocar boys register an easy win.
At Siolim ground, F.C Tuem defeated Kelbai SC 3-2. Raj Yadav scored a brace (33rd and 49th minute) and Deep Naik netted one (23rd minute) for the Tuem team while Snehas Aranjekar (37th minute) and Prasoy Aranjekar (61st minute) scored one each for Kelbai SC.
