MAPUSA: Pilerne Sports Club registered a thumping 4-1 win over St Anthony’s Sports Club, Marna to storm into the final of the Late Shruti Pednekar Memorial Soccer Trophy, organised by Sodiem Siolim SCC, played at Khorier ground, Sodiem on Wednesday.
Pilerne went into the breather with a 2-1 lead. Dwayne and Saurav scored for Pilerne while Anselem pulled a goal for St Anthony’s Marna.
On crossing over, Pilerne carried on their onslaught and pumped in two more goals through Anson and Sanket to make it 4-1.
