ICSC quickly adjusted on the mushy ground conditions and took control over proceedings but their forwards miffed gilt edged chances.
SJ Areal hardly troubled the rival defence and were restricted in their own half.
Post resumption, ICSC continued to dominate but poor finishing deprived them from scoring.
In the ensuing tie-breaker, Mario Rebello, Agio Antao, Sheldon Dias, Silvester Carvalho and Allister Moura scored for SJ Areal while Kanchan Khiro, Briton Faria, Anchal and Godfrey converted for ICSC.
