MARGAO: The Margao police arrested two persons for assaulting a woman and issuing threats to her son.

Based on her complaint, the Margao police have registered an offence under section 325, 504 and 506 (ii) of the IPC.
Police disclosed the names of the accused as Lance Camilo Velho of Vaswaddo Benaulim and Parshurem Shetye of Vasco.
Police said that as per the complaint lodged by the woman, the alleged accused trespassed into her house under the influence of alcohol and abused her and family in filthy language.
