MARGAO: Three accused Afzal Hussain Shaikh, Rihan Ahmad and Krishna Raju Lohar arrested by Fatorda police for allegedly assaulting Vijay Kulal have filed for bail before the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Margao.
The court has issued notices to Fatorda police, Assistant Public Prosecutor and defence advocate and has posted the matter for arguments on December 5.

It is pertinent to note that Walter Fernandes, Joseph Fernandes and Simon Saldhana who are yet to be arrested have also moved anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court at Margao. The matter is posted for order on December 5.
