MARGAO: Colva Police arrested one youth, resident of Manora-Raia, for possessing narcotic substance suspected to be ganja worth around Rs 13,000.
According the Colva Police the alleged accused was caught red-handedon September 23 between 21.15 hrs to 23.30 hrs, near Mother of God Church, Dongrim Bund, Majorda, Salcete for possessing 127.10 grams narcotic substance suspected to be ganja.

Ajit Velip, police sub-inspector Colva police station has lodged the complaint on behalf of State.
The accused is placed under arrest and further investigation is in progress. A case has registered under Section 20(b)(ii) (A) of NDPS Act 1985.
