MARGAO: In a massive show of solidarity, over 500 villagers of Utorda participated in a silent march on Monday.
Utorda Parish Council organized a huge candlelight procession on Monday at 5.45 pm starting from Utorda Church as a mark of protest and respect to the late Fr Bismarque Dias.
Eslinda Braganza, Parish council moderator was the convenor.
The villagers held placards and banners as they marched on the village streets demanding justice for Fr Bismarque.
