Traffic signals in place but not working

Finally, two traffic signals (although still non-operational) are placed at two of the busiest stretches at Verna - one near the Kesarval/Airport road junction and the other at the Titan junction.

These signals were long overdue at these two accident-prone junctions and the authorities should get these signals operational on top priority for the smooth flow of traffic.
It would also do a world of good if such signals are also installed at Pirni-Nagoa junction, Nuvem Eastern bypass junction and the old market Colva road junction, which are also accident prone zones.
Once these signals are in place and operational, it will also ease the pressure on the traffic police whose services could be utilised elsewhere.
