Nauxim Sports club and Bhagwati Sports club played out a 2-2 draw in GFA’s Third Division at Santa Cruz ground on Tuesday. The match was goalless at the lemon break.
Joytesh Palkar scored first for Bhagwati in the 53rd, only to see Dattaraj Kunkolkar equalize at the other end five minutes later.
Nauxim got their noses in front in the 75th through Vinal Kunkolkar. Bhagwati were not going down without a fight and found the equaliser two minutes later through Sunil Pereira.
In another match at Taleigao ground, Paradise Sports Club defeated Aivao United Football Club 2-1.
