PANJIM: The Bombay High Court at Goa on Monday issued notices to Tourism Minister Dilip Parulekar, his brother and the State government in connection with the Serula Comunidade case.
The notices are returnable after three weeks, which comes based on a writ petition filed by Trajano D’Mello and Peter Alfonso challenging regularization of the encroached plot at Porvorim.
The petitioners had sought direction to the State authorities, particularly administrator of comunidades to attach the shops, flats and godown in the building and to hold their auction on the ground that provisions in the code of comunidades had not been followed.
