MAPUSA: Saligao United Sports Club drubbed Nerul SC 3-0 in the GFA’s Third Division league- Bardez Zone, at Nerul ground, on Tuesday.

After a barren first session, Saligao United scored all the three goals with Bhavesh Pereira netting a brace and Vignesh Pednekar accounting for the third goal.
At FC Tuem ground, St. Sebastian SC, Mapusa, managed to register a hard fought 3-2 win over ABC Arambol.
The teams were locked in a 1-1 draw at the breather. In the 13th minute, Dalwin Coelho opened the account for Arambol colts but in the 38th minute Jewel Fernandes levelled terms for St. Sebastian to make it 1-1.
On crossing over, once again, Arambol took the lead in the third minute through Manuel Rodrigues with Jewel Fernandes levelling terms for St Sebastian.
When it looked the teams were heading for a draw, St. Sebastian netted the winning goal in the 91st minute through Rohit Harjan to make it 3-2.
At Dramapur ground, Sirvodem Sports Club and Sporting Club of Davorlim played out a goalless draw.
At Nagoa ground, PAX of Nagoa scored a fluent 6-0 win over St Sebastian Youth Club. Selton Fernandes scored a treble while Jayesh Velip, Jolan Fernandes and Mackenzie Fernandes were the other goal scorers for the winners.
At Carmona ground, Santa Cruz Society of Poitomado eased past Ambelim Sports Club 3-0. Norton Fernandes, Royal Oliveira and Alvito Chagas scored for the winners.
At Quitula ground, FC Sanquelim humbled Kelbai SC 5-0. Shivnath Majith, Rushikesh Kamat, Muyeez, Akash Parab and Uddesh Parab were the goal scorers for the winning team.
