VASCO: Vasco police arrested the fourth accused in the car theft case, while the JMFC Vasco on Saturday rejected the bail plea of the three accused who were arrested on Friday. The JMFC on Saturday rejected the bail plea of Kasim Hawaldar, Naveed Shaik and Durgesh Mallappa, all from Vasco. Meanwhile, the fourth accused, Jaffar Shaik of Zuari Nagar Birla has been remanded to three days police custody.
Police informed that the fifth accused is still at large. It may be recalled that five accused had stolen a brand new Maruti Ertiga car.
