The rains may have stopped but in Vasco, thanks to a leaking water supply pipeline, a section of the road along the Swatantra Path in Vasco remains wet throughout the day.
The water leakage is observed in between the two roads near the Vasco branch of Andhra Bank. Obviously the leakage would mean less water pressure for the building to which the pipeline supplies water.
The gushing water also keeps the road wet and slippery specially, during the early morning when there is less sunshine.
The authorities concerned needs to plug the hole in the pipeline so that the leaking water does not cause inconvenience to the general public.
