MARGAO: Two youth were killed in a road accident reported near IDC, Verna, on Monday.
Shivram Vaigankar, Police Inspector of Maina-Curtorim Police Station informed that Mundal Narah (26) resident of Navelim, besides pillion rider namely Rajkumar Narah (27) resident of Kasarval, both native of Assam while proceeding from Verna IDC to Kesarwal with a two-wheeler met with an self-accident on the way at Verna.

However, both the injured persons succumbed to the injuries while on the way to the hospital.
Police are conducting further investigations.
