MOBOR-CAVELOSSIM: Bandoi Boys defeated TP Boys 2-0 to win the 7-a-side All Cavelossim tournament organised by Miracles Boys, Mobor.

In the first half TP Boys mounted pressure on Bandoi boys defence but were unable to score.
In the second half, Flencio Rodrigues gave Bandoi Boys the lead with a powerful header with the TP Boys keeper Rosario Monteiro diving in the wrong side. Later, Flenco Rodrigues scored to make the tally 2-0 for Bandoi Boys.
The winners were awarded Rs 5,555 and a trophy while the runners-up received Rs 3,333.
Parish priest Fr Ubaldo Fernandes was the chief guest and gave away the prizes in the presence of James Barreto and Julio Fernandes both ex-panchs of VP Cavelossim and Noby Barreto Prop of Cris Cruise were the other guests.
