Naik affirmed that AAP is not for sale and will continue to fight against the corruption and conspiracy of the BJP government.

After 17 months of legal battles, the Supreme Court granted Sisodia bail, a decision Naik described as a landmark order that upholds the rights of all innocent individuals targeted by the BJP for cheap political reasons. Sisodia, architect of Delhi education model stood firm to his principles, he claimed.

Speaking to the mediapersons in Panjim, Naik drew attention to the personal toll on Sisodia’s family. Sisodia’s mother is a senior citizen and his wife is a person with multiple sclerosis, a chronic neurological disability recognised under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. Both require constant care and attention, yet Sisodia was kept away from his family for 17 months. Despite exhaustive efforts by the BJP and its allies, including the Enforcement Directorate (ED), no evidence has been found against him, he said.
