Truck Loses Control, Falls Off Road After Steering Failure at Tilamol — No Injuries Reported

A major mishap was narrowly averted on Monday morning when a loaded truck lost control and fell off the Housing Board–Taki Tilamol Road after its steering rod reportedly snapped. The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m., police said.

According to preliminary information, the truck veered off the road after the mechanical failure, but no injuries were reported. The driver managed to escape unhurt, and there was no damage to nearby property.

Local authorities visited the spot soon after the incident and arranged for the removal of the truck to clear the traffic, which was briefly affected along the stretch.
