The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Goa’s Electoral Roll has successfully completed the enumeration process, with over 91 per cent of Enumeration Forms (EFs) collected and digitised, Goa Chief Electoral Officer IAS Sanjay Goel said on Friday.
As per the revised Election Commission of India (ECI) schedule dated November 30, 2025, Goa has completed enumeration for all eligible voters. Out of a total of 11,85,034 electors in the state, 10,84,956 Enumeration Forms—accounting for 91.55 per cent—have been collected and digitised.

The Draft Electoral Roll is scheduled to be published on December 16, 2025. Following its publication, electors will be able to file claims and objections from December 16, 2025, to January 15, 2026.
Chief Electoral Officer Sanjay Goel said that Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) and Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs) will issue notices to unmapped electors from December 16 onwards. The officers will conduct hearings, examine cases, and decide on claims and objections during the stipulated period.
The Final Electoral Roll for Goa will be published on February 14, 2026, after the completion of the claims and objections process, Goel added.
Election officials have urged electors to verify their details in the draft roll and raise any corrections or objections within the prescribed timeframe to ensure an accurate and inclusive electoral roll ahead of future elections.
