Vishal Pai Cacode Urges Kharge to Revive Goa Congress, End ‘Third Force’ Influence

Congress ideologue and party well-wisher Vishal Pai Cacode has written to Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, calling for urgent measures to address organisational weaknesses and restore accountability within the Goa unit of the party.

Cacode, who said he has been a staunch Congress ideologue and well-wisher since 1979, urged the party leadership to take steps to strengthen the organisation and revive its effectiveness in Goa.

In his communication to Kharge, Cacode also sought measures to free the Goa Congress from what he described as the alleged influence of an “RSS-BJP-linked Third Force.”

He called for greater accountability within the party and stressed the need to address organisational shortcomings that, according to him, have weakened the Congress in the state.

Cacode’s appeal comes amid continuing efforts within the Goa Congress to strengthen its organisational structure and sharpen its political presence in the state.
