PANJIM: The BCG Consulting team won ‘CII’s Inquizzite – Test your HR quotient’ with both participants driving home in a Tata Nano each.
The HR Quiz was conceptualized under the leadership of T K Srirang, chairman CII WR HR Sub Committee and Sr GM and Head – HR ICICI Bank, who said that this is the first-of-its-kind quiz based learning platform. By itself, it is the starting point of a journey to reinforce and celebrate subject matter expertise. We envision this to be the platform to bring like minded professionals together and build a momentum which will direct our attention towards building functional depth and creating many many success stories”.
The finalists were a mix of teams both represented by young professionals and students. The runners-up were X Walkers, a husband and wife duo who walked with a cash prize.
The prizes were given away by R Mukundan, chairman CII (WR) and MD, Tata Chemicals Ltd who highlighted that HR should be referred to as Human Capital since capital is an investment that only grows. The quiz was compared by Giri Balasubramanian.
