PANJIM: The Women’s Police Station on Saturday informed the Panjim Judicial Magistrate First Class that BJP Vice-President and Chairman of the OBC Corporation, Anil Hoble, will be indicted by next week in the dowry and assault case registered against him.
Following this submission by Public Prosecutor Clarita Simoes, the court adjourned to October 12 the hearing on the petition filed by Suchitra Shirodkar who had sought court directions to the police to properly probe the case.
