It is observed that at the busy market place in Vasco drain covers are either displaced or totally missing. This poses danger to the pedestrians. In the photo taken outside the Vasco branch of the Goa State Co-operative Bank, a person is seen precariously crossing the drain with his cycle. The authorities concerned need to carry out a survey of all the drains in the city and take necessary remedial action.
