This has reference to the report ‘Ministers hunt for cash cow departments like dairy farmers’ on Herald dated 15 Nov. Exactly for this reason, GSRP has formulated its procedures of handing out portfolios in a manner that will never see elbowing room or for Ministers to be the dairy farmers.
The GSRP’s procedure for electing the CM, the Cabinet and distribution of [all] portfolios has been showcased at TB Cunha Hall, Panjim, post 2002 GLA Elections at the Party Convention when GSRP elected a shadow cabinet from within its 8 contesting candidates. [BTW GSRP can have a cabinet of only 5 which includes the CM].
The balloted procedure that elects the CM, the Cabinet and also distributes balanced ‘Portfoilio Charts’ in all respects, with the CM ‘Portfolio Chart’ having the Finance and Home marked for CM. One week is given for interchanging the portfolios and thereafter sealed for the term.
This Party has taken into consideration all the ills of governance of this State and eliminated them during the formative process of 11 brain storming sessions, first at the International Centre, Dona Paula and the rest at Caritas, Panjim. This is the reason the GSRP is called the Revolutionary Green Party of GOA.

A great revolution is taking shape in Indian football. The Hero Indian Super League has leap frogged all Asian countries in stadium attendance in its very inaugural year. The average Hero ISL attendance at the halfway mark of the league is better than the J League of Japan, the CSL of China and South Korea’s K League. But that is not all. There is more good news. The ISL ranks 5th in the world in attendance behind the Bundesliga, EPL, La Liga and Serie A. The ISL is ahead of USA’s popular MSL, the French Ligue and all other leagues in the world. The ISL also ranks 11th across all games in the world in stadium attendance.
Football is alive and kicking in India. The fan support base is incredible. There is only one way to go and that is up, up, up. The ISL will grow by leaps and bounds. The managements of the I-League teams must see the writings on the wall and cooperate by releasing their best players for the ISL. Obstinacy of the part of I-league managements will be an exercise in self destruction. Ultimately their players will jump ship for the lucrative ISL which will only grow from strength to strength.
