Yogendra Vasupal CEO Stayzilla said the company was focussed on providing the Indian traveller with options when he or she would travel around the country. This he clarified was not to say that foreigners were not welcome or were not using the services. The company he said had a protocol to ensure that standards were met at residences, lodges, serviced apartments and hotels which are registered with them. People who sign up he said would not have any restriction placed in terms of price or on working with any other player in this category. The company he said would take 15% on each transaction by each member. Each property owner also had the freedom to lay conditions as to which kind of traveller they would like staying with them. Goa he said was a unique market and it was a favourite across the country.
