In the backdrop of the High Court notice to the government and other parties concerned, it is becoming clearly evident of the severe illegalities and deceit at Tiracol to favour the golf course. However, who Goans must question is the former chief minister Manohar Parrikar on all this nonsense that his government allowed at Tiracol. This also should have us search for other possible illegalities like for example the Loliem land conversion scam that the Manohar Parrikar government could have encouraged during his time in Goa. And should the allegations be true, we must hold him accountable.
