All the mine owners are eagerly awaiting the resumption of mining in Goa but the people of Goa are still waiting eagerly to know the names of the culprits, who were involved in the illegal mining and looted our state of Goa of several crores. Goans are still awaiting what punishment they will be given and will they be behind bars or not.
After resumption who will start the business of mining, the legal mine owners or the same illegal miners without facing any punishment. That is the main question today. There should be total transparency in the resumption of mining disclosing everything to the people of Goa.
