H.D. Deve Gowda Admitted to Bengaluru Hospital with Infection, Condition Stable

Former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda, aged 92, was admitted to Manipal Hospital on Old Airport Road, Bengaluru, on Monday evening after developing a urinary tract infection (UTI) with high fever and chills. Hospital authorities confirmed that his condition is currently stable.

A hospital statement on Tuesday highlighted that Mr. Deve Gowda “was admitted with an infection” and is “undergoing medical management,” with specialists closely monitoring his health.
