Actor and former reality TV contestant Mandana Karimi has revealed that she is leaving India, saying the decision feels like a painful “break-up” with a country that shaped her career. In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, she expressed deep anguish over the situation in Iran and reiterated that she would return home once the regime of Ali Khamenei ends.
Mandana said she feels “voiceless” in India and admitted that her outspoken views on Iran have cost her friendships. Earlier, she sparked reactions after praising Donald Trump on social media. Born in Iran, Mandana built her modelling and acting career in India, gaining fame with Bigg Boss 9.
