Barmer police have arrested 38-year-old teacher Manaram for allegedly murdering 37-year-old Mukesh Kumari from Jhunjhunu. Mukesh had traveled 600 km to meet Manaram, whom she had befriended on Facebook. Her body was discovered in her car, staged as an accident.
SP Narendra Kumar Meena confirmed that the murder was premeditated. Investigators have deployed forensic teams, dog squads, and mobile units to collect evidence from the house and vehicle. Police are probing the relationship, motive, and possible accomplices in this case.
