3-year-old boy drowns at Marcaim

A 3-year-old boy drowned in a pond near his house at Dutole-Marcaim on Friday evening.
According to reports, the incident took place as Sohan Krishnanath Naik was left to play unsupervised near his house.
Family members later realised that Sohan was missing and began a frantic search for him. They located him in the pond and rushed him to the nearby Marcaim Health Centre, where doctors declared him dead on arrival. PSI Nikhil Palyeker is investigating the case.
