ANC Raids Siolim, Arrests Cameroonian National for Ecstasy Possession

The Anti-Narcotic Cell (ANC) conducted a raid in Siolim, resulting in the arrest of Cameroonian national Promise Umeh for allegedly possessing 13 grams of ecstasy powder, valued at approximately ₹1.3 lakh.

Authorities revealed that Umeh had a prior record with the ANC, having been arrested in 2024 for possession of various drugs. He was released earlier this year on conditional bail in July.
