April 29, was arrested by the Bicholim police on
Saturday.
It may be recalled that a bus (GA-01-W-4135) plying
towards Assonora rammed into a car, which in turn
dashed a motorcycle. The two riders, Rajat Malik and
Sandeep Malik died in the mishap.
According to police reports, the bus driver, Ramdas
Rajaram Naik, was arrested under Sections 279, 304
IPC. PSI Ditendra Naik is investigating the case.
