The Bhimshakti Sangathna has accused the Margao Municipal Council of adopting double standards in its treatment of daily wage workers, particularly concerning the issue of job regularisation.
Addressing the media, Savio Coutinho said that despite an order from the Supreme Court of India, daily wage workers continue to face injustice at the hands of the council.

Coutinho alleged that the civic body has failed to implement measures to regularise the services of eligible workers, leaving many employees uncertain about their job security.
