BJP Goa President Damu Naik has extended full support to the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), stating that the youth wing was “absolutely right” in its stance against MLA Venzy Viegas.
Naik said MLA Viegas had acted wrongly and condemned the recent attack on activist Rama Kankonkar. He further confirmed that police have arrested the accused and that an investigation is currently underway.

His remarks came after BJYM issued a warning to MLA Viegas in connection with the incident, intensifying the political row.
